Matt exemplifies what it means to be a Wilderness Athlete. He takes every day head-on with a sense of purpose and with the goal of becoming the best version of himself he can be. His love and dedication to fitness are only matched by his appreciation for the outdoors.
As a collegiate strength and conditioning coach, world ranked CrossFit competitor, and an avid hunter, Matt must be diligent in the work he does to be at the top of his game. You will not find a harder working athlete out there. These traits are what make Matt world-class and a true Wilderness Athlete. We could not be more proud to have him join our family.
Matt is a member of the CrossFit Mayhem Freedom’s team. They have won the affiliate cup two out of the last three years. Matt grew up in a small town in Northwest Tennessee. His father introduced him to the outdoors at an early age, and he has been hunting ever since. When he is not training for the next CrossFit games, he is gearing up for his next bow hunt.
